Welcome to Silver Pond Chinese Gourmet


Silver Pond Restaurant is owned and operated by Jack & Jennie Hu.  It was established on April 15th 1996, one mile north of the present location. The setting was on a picturesque natural spring water pond, with fish,  turtles, ducks and other wild life. 

Thus the name Silver Pond seemed appropriate.


In April of 2000, Silver Pond moved to their new and present location, because the landlord would not renew the lease.


Silver Pond has been rated “The Best Chinese Restaurant” for 13 years in a row.  It has been commanded for its ambience as well as its fine Chinese cuisine.


The Menu offers a wide selection of dishes from traditional to modern recipes to fit all tastes.  They include Hunan, Cantonese, and Szechuan, Mandarin, Gluten Free, Vegetarian and a large selection of desserts.  Every item is prepared in an artisan manner.


Jack Hu, is originally fro Taiwan, he is an accomplished Chef.  His preparations and presentation of the finest meats and fresh vegetables make for a memorable meal.  He uses only pure vegetable oil to bring out and enhance the true flavor of Chinese and Fusion cooking.  Jack personally prepares unique flavored sauces for every dish, and roasts his own cashews, peanuts, almonds and walnuts.

Catering for any occasion is available, please ask for Jennie. 

Take out is available for Lunch & Dinner.  Available Daily 5PM to 9PM .
